People are using vFlyers in all sorts of interesting ways to sell all sorts of interesting things! Every once in a while we find an interesting, funny or innovative flyer – we’ll try and share some of them with you. This week’s vFlyer of Week caught my attention because of its its unusual but innovative title “Incredible Value, Remodeled Luxury Home in Scripps Ranch Below $800,000 – Over $100,000 below Zillow Estimate!!!”

I guess Zillow Zestimates can can go both ways, but trust someone to come up with a way of using Zestimates to promote the value of their listing.
