Categories: Podcast omuoto @ 10:54 am

Many of you know I have done several posts in the past couple of weeks. I am a big fan of podcasting and think there are plenty of applications for podcasting in real estate. I just did a post on the Geek Estate Blog on some of the basics of real estate podcasting that is worth checking out for those interested!

  1. I have never tried to do a podcast. I might have to do it, because it would be a great way to list a home on my blog.

  2. I am a realtor who has used podcasting four a couple of years. i think the application is limited. I reach a broader audience with text and pictures. I have also discovered that not all agents sound like radio talk show hosts so some of the podcasts I have hears are really bad. Podcasting isn’t new, but it seems like the real estate industry is discovering it. I will be interested to see it in action.
