We are excited to participate as the host of this week’s Carnival of Real Estate. I was impressed with the breadth of topics covered in this Carnival as well as the quality of the posts. Without a doubt, the big news of the week was the signing into law of the stimulus bill. Whether you agree or disagree with the plan, let us all hope that it hastens the recovery of the economy and the real estate market. As many see the dark clouds hovering over our economy, let’s look for and help others see the silver lining (opportunity).
